I would like to draw your attention to the importance of our daily task review and completion in our software NOS. These tasks are known as "entries" or "history lines" in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) section of the program.
→ Our main goal is to promptly contact our customers and provide them with timely and efficient service.
In CRM History Search you will find to do's (tasks) that have been set by Tobi, the head office, CZ or by yourself.
The tasks in NOS also involve sending online orders for selection, which we refer to as "LOLI" (Love or Leave It). It is important for our employees to quickly establish contact in order to provide intensive consultation and ensure that our customers have the best possible experience.
By consistently reviewing and completing our tasks in NOS, we can ensure that no request or order goes unanswered. This enables us to maintain our customer base and attract new customers by offering them excellent support.
Therefore, I kindly request that you prioritise these tasks and ensure that they are completed on time and efficiently. Each and every one of you plays an important role in providing the best service to our customers and making our company successful.

→ Then set the desired filter by clicking on the blue button (= Set)
2. click on "Search" at the top right
