Difference between preview and printed invoice

The preview is the invoice version that has not yet been saved in the system as a sale. It is used, for example, to allow customers to check it (in the case of many discounts etc.)

Finished and print: saved invoice can be cancelled but not discarded.

1.  Click on Preview to print a copy of the invoice

2. Click here to go to the print menu

CRM sale: Purchases made on the basis of an existing contact (e.g. telephone call)
