D501 Save Print PDF NOS to Google Drive

Save PDFs (such as your 6P list) or excerpts of a website (e.g. oska.de, individual sections that you want to send to your clients) directly in Google Drive. This way you always have them ready in your personal folder. Video in German

Click on the puzzle icon and then on the pin


Think about: What is important in my daily work? Which images do I send often? What would I like to send to my client? To test: Go to the OSKA website and click on the Google Drive icon in the top right corner.

Here you have the possibility to change the name of the file you have just saved

Now go to Google Drive and click on my drive. There you will find the PDF/ excerpt from the website that you just saved.

Prepare any NOS PDF

 If you want to save a PDF in Google Drive for the first time, please click on "More". Otherwise, select "Save in Google Drive" right away. In addition, under "Scale" click on "Adapt to paper format". Then click on "Print".

Now go to Google Drive under my drive and move the PDF you just saved to a folder of your choice. Tip: Rename the PDF. Otherwise you will only see the generic name "Sales with plan (6 periods) Historyline".
